Scotch whisky and has been certified by both CCOF and the British Soil Association
.Highland Harvest is an incredibly smooth Scotch Whisky produced
from three (3) organic malts and an organic grain that have been blended
together in Scotland
and matured in oak barrels for 4 years. When asked
why such a blend was created, Chris Parker, Managing Director explained:
" We have chosen a blend instead of a single malt because we
believe that in As with all our Organic Spirits, Highland Harvest is proud to display the Royal Warrant from Prince Charles and can be found at the top of our label. As previously mentioned with our other Organic Spirits this is more important than any medal awarded to us for quality. Highland Harvest is now available in limited quantity in the United States and can be found in some fine retail shops and selected restaurants. We are proud to announce that Highland Harvest has been awarded an 89 rating and a Silver medal from the prestigious Beverage Institute Testing Panel in Chicago. One of the shareholders in The Organic Spirits Co. UK - John Wotherspoon - supplies us with organic whisky through his company, Highland Whisky Ltd. He is also a great horse racing fan and breeds his own horses. Please find below a picture of his horse Highland Harvest - handsomely winning a race at Lingfield Park, just south of London.
