The Organic Spirits Company has extended its line to include an incredible Organic Scotch Whisky that will be marketed under the name of "Highland Harvest".

Highland Harvest is one of the world's first organic Scotch whisky and has been certified by both CCOF and the British Soil Association .Highland Harvest is an incredibly smooth Scotch Whisky produced from three (3) organic malts and an organic grain that have been blended together in Scotland and matured in oak barrels for 4 years. When asked why such a blend was created, Chris Parker, Managing Director explained: " We have chosen a blend instead of a single malt because we believe that in relatively young whiskies this produces a superior range of flavors. It also allows us to market Highland Harvest at a sensible price."

As with all our Organic Spirits, Highland Harvest is proud to display the Royal Warrant from Prince Charles and can be found at the top of our label. As previously mentioned with our other Organic Spirits this is more important than any medal awarded to us for quality.
