The annual Wine & Spirits Convention will be held again this coming year in Las Vegas at the Paris Hotel. Once again Maison Jomere and The Organic Spirits Company will have a suite and we invite all of you to come by to say hi and to discuss our products. We will of course have all our Organic Spirits ready for tasting along with some new POS materials and some sales plans that I am sure will interest you and your associates. Alessandro Angelini and Francois Dufour from Match will also be in our suite and will have their extraordinary line of single vineyard and estate bottled wines available for tasting. Along with Match Ralph Ernst will be with us. Ralph has invested in a French vineyards and marketing company, Chateau Capendu/Domaines & Selections .Ralph will have his wines estate bottled and single vineyard wines available for tasting during the convention. Our doors will be open at the Paris Hotel on :

Cater Source Magazine will be holding their annual Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center February 26 and 27th, 2008. Both Bobbi and I will be in attendance in booth # 421 where people within the trade can  come by taste and learn about our Organic Spirits. With everyone going Green today this will be a wonderful opportunity for the catering and hotel industry to discover our Certified Organic Spirits.

At a in London England at the Thames Distillery in April, 2000, Chris introduced Paul to Tom Thumb, one of two 500 liter stills that produce JUNIPER GREEN, the world's first and only organic gin.
